When we enter into the movement by bringing awareness to the different parts of the body we refine our bodily perception, we pass through doors which release energy.
This workshop day focuses on the liberation of our body and the circulation of energy which allows us to be fully present and gently enter into the Rhythm of the Fluid.
As we engage in our dance with the whole body we find that place where we can release and open even wider.
