Welcome to experience the practice with 3 different teachers at once.
The 5Rhythms dance is a practice that allows the body to move freely and follow what is within us here and now. There is no imposed choreography, just a gentle guidance that invites us to establish a deeper relationship with our body and to trust our inner wisdom.
5Rythmes is a space open to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. All you need is openness and curiosity.
Where: CREPS de Montpellier - 2 Av. Charles Flahault
When: Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
For whom?
For everyone. No previous experience practicing 5Rhythms is necessary. All you need is your body and a willingness to move it.

Natalia Chaber Szota - I have been dancing Rhythms since 2015 and completed the 5Rhythms® teacher training in 2024. I currently live in France with my 8 year old daughter.
5Rhythms is my “Zone Zero” – a space of infinite possibilities in which I disappear and find myself again. A space to discover myself each time, to connect with myself and with others. A place where all divisions disappear and we are all equal. And it is with this intention that I would like to share this practice with all those who are curious to embark on this journey.
Lucie Daolio – I have been a 5Rythmes teacher since 2024, a Tuina massage practitioner, a sailing instructor and many other things! I currently live in Quebec and am regularly in France. I first set foot on the 5Rythmes dance floor in 2015 during a workshop with 70 people from all over the world. I felt deeply "at home" with this precious feeling of being free and alive. Today, I still find a place to be with myself, to find myself, to rediscover myself, to be born to myself, to heal myself, to free myself and to express myself. I consider the space of the 5Rythmes dance as a sacred place where we can offer ourselves our presence, offer ourselves our dances and offer ourselves to the world...open ourselves to life and learn to love ourselves.
