Breaths of Life ~ 5RYTHMES® and Hatha Yoga

One Sunday per month starting September 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

By bringing more awareness to this vital and natural function that is breathing, we can improve our well-being and achieve a better balance in our body and mind.

Focusing on our breath in Yoga as in Rhythms offers us the possibility of opening locked doors in our practice.

The invitation here is to feel how much we can enrich our movement through Yoga and abandon ourselves even more in Yoga through the links woven with dance.

We start with gentle Yoga, adapted to the group, then we move on to Rhythms.

Let yourself be tempted by this journey to the heart of the body, give yourself the gift of feeling even more alive.
