When we are connected, in confidence, to the energy of the Fluid, naturally, we clarify our expression, we free our creativity, and we connect to the force of the living.
By following this deep connection between the experience of movement and the expression of our hearts, we become accustomed to welcoming what inhabits us with more simplicity and generosity. We find gestures that are more just, less competitive, less exaggerated.
In this open space of expanded perceptions, we see our challenges with more gentleness, ready to offer who we are. Our explorations are then able to move from the individual to the collective and allow us to see in the universal mirror our same struggles. Our inner warrior calms down and takes its place in the sharing of our humanity.

This workshop proposes to open an intentional door on the release of our feelings to bring what is inside, outside and thus express ourselves fully through our gestures. To offer ourselves the gift of being seen in our truth and to enter with pleasure into the Rhythm of Staccato.
