(you can therefore count your hours of practice towards the prerequisites which allow access to training to become a teacher).

My life is an eternal quest, I fully insert myself into the reality that everything is impermanent, recycles and transforms.
I have constantly sought to integrate art into life and life into art. The infinite navigation map of the 5Rhythms has offered me and still offers me the possibility of stimulating and nourishing my creativity with the body as a medium.
When I discover the practice, I literally fall in love, with the feeling of having found a process to explore the different parts of myself with more gentleness and acceptance, strengthening my inner structure and my ability to be in the world. I have an artistic and technical background, my personal and professional fields of activity mix and allow me to create bridges between movement, massage, visual arts, clowning and ecstatic and shamanic conductivity practices. I like to offer safe practice spaces where everyone's freedom of movement can emerge spontaneously.
