JUICY with Silvija Tomčik (Croatia)

When our heart becomes juicy again, our sexuality awakens in our moving body and so we will explore the connection between our emotional life and our sexual life. Through this exploration, we will explore how dance and movement meditation can be used to heal our sexuality. How can we take responsibility for our sexual energy, its direction and manifestation instead of burying it under shame? How can we heal the shame we have about our body, our heart, our sexuality?

Silvija Tomčik, is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher (level "Waves" and "Heartbeat") and a member of the 5Rhythms® Global teaching staff. She was a pioneer and brought the practice to Croatia, her native country. More than 10 years since she returned to the south of France to offer us her passionate and grounded teaching, clear and creative, combining humor and wisdom.

She has been organizing 5Rythmes courses for 22 years and teaching nationally and internationally for 19 years.
